- Login Invalid → Make sure your username & password are lowercase, no spaces. (Usually Your emaill address for both fields)
- No Video on Catch-up → Settings → Player Settings → Change to Software Player & save
- No EPG → Settings → EPG → Update EPG & wait for it to complete.
